About The Position
The Client Support Associate serves as a welcoming, customer service-oriented point of contact for people visiting the company’s offices and helps provide exceptional client experiences. The role includes engaging with clients, confirming and coordinating appointments, following up with current and prospective clients, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. It also supports local marketing and community outreach through visits to shops, events, and community locations, distribution of marketing materials, and recruitment-related brand awareness efforts. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and provide support during office visits, including keeping them engaged during wait times.
- Confirm, coordinate, and manage client appointments to optimize scheduling timelines and traffic flow.
- Follow up with leads, appointments, prospects, unfinished returns, and past and potential clients.
- Make outbound calls to prior-year clients.
- Contact and convert online and virtual students.
- Assist with client check-in and office traffic management.
- Support local marketing and community outreach events, including distributing marketing materials and visiting local shops, events, and community locations.
- Generate referrals from existing clients.
- Help drive brand awareness and recruit new talent using local market knowledge and social media skills.
- Enhance peak-season operations to maximize workplace productivity.
