About The Position
The Client Support Associate is the friendly face of the office, helping ensure exceptional client experiences and providing essential support. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. The position also serves as a local brand ambassador, visiting shops, events, and community locations to increase brand awareness and recruit talent. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
