About The Position

The Client Support Associate serves as a welcoming, customer service-oriented representative who supports clients visiting the office and helps provide an exceptional client experience. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. The associate also acts as a local brand ambassador, visiting shops, events, and community locations to build brand awareness and recruit talent. Local market knowledge and social media skills are used to expand the organization’s reach and build a talent pipeline. Seasonal positions are mentioned, and both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
