About The Position
The Client Support Associate serves as a welcoming, customer-service-oriented representative who helps create exceptional client experiences and provides support to office visitors. The role includes engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. The position also involves visiting local shops, events, and community locations to raise brand awareness and recruit talent. Associates use local market knowledge and social media skills to expand the organization’s reach and build a talent pipeline. Seasonal roles are described, and full-time and part-time positions are available.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
