About The Position
The Client Support Associate serves as a welcoming, customer service-oriented representative who helps create exceptional client experiences and provides essential office support. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and prospective clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged while they wait. Associates also visit local shops, events, and community locations to increase brand awareness and recruit talent, using local market knowledge and social media to expand outreach and build a talent pipeline. Seasonal positions are described, with full-time and part-time options available. Applicants of any work background or experience level are welcome.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
