About The Position
The Client Support Associate is the welcoming, customer-focused face of the office, helping ensure exceptional client experiences and providing essential support. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming and coordinating appointments, following up with existing and potential clients, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. Associates also support local marketing and community outreach by visiting shops, events, and other community locations to build brand awareness and recruit talent. The position includes full-time and part-time options and is described as seasonal.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads and appointments.
- Make outbound calls to prior-year clients.
- Contact and convert online and virtual students.
- Coordinate and manage client appointments to optimize scheduling timelines and traffic flow.
- Support local marketing and community outreach events.
- Generate referrals from existing clients.
- Assist with client check-in and office traffic management.
- Follow up with prospects and unfinished returns.
- Enhance peak-season operations to maximize workplace productivity.
- Visit local shops, events, and community locations to drive brand awareness and recruit talent.
- Distribute marketing materials and keep clients engaged during wait times.
- Use local market knowledge and social media skills to expand reach and build a talent pipeline.
