About The Position
The Client Support Associate helps create exceptional experiences for people visiting the company’s offices. The role involves actively engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and prospective clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged while they wait. The associate also serves as a local brand ambassador by visiting shops, events, and community locations to build brand awareness and recruit talent. The role uses local market knowledge and social media skills to expand the company’s reach and develop a talent pipeline. Requirements
