Client Support Associate
About The Position
The Client Support Associate helps provide welcoming, customer-focused experiences in the company’s offices. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. The associate also serves as a local brand ambassador, visiting shops, events, and community locations to raise brand awareness and recruit talent, using local market knowledge and social media skills to expand the company’s reach and build a talent pipeline. Seasonal positions are described, and full-time and part-time positions are available.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
