Client Support Associate
About The Position
The Client Support Associate serves as a friendly, customer-focused representative who helps provide exceptional experiences for clients visiting the office. The role includes engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. The position also involves visiting local shops, events, and community locations to increase brand awareness and recruit new talent. Associates use local market knowledge and social media skills to expand the organization’s reach and build a talent pipeline. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Ability to obtain a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN), as stated for tax preparer applicants.
