About The Position

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to provide welcoming, customer-focused support and help create exceptional client experiences. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged while they wait. Associates may also visit local shops, events, and community locations to increase brand awareness and recruit talent, using local market knowledge and social media to expand the company’s reach and build a talent pipeline. Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
Obtain PTIN certification (listed as required).

Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
