About The Position

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to provide welcoming, customer-focused support in its offices. The associate serves as a friendly point of contact, helps ensure exceptional client experiences, and supports clients throughout their visit. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and prospective clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
