About The Position
Jackson Hewitt is seeking a customer-service-oriented Client Support Associate to help create welcoming, exceptional experiences for clients visiting its offices. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and prospective clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. Requirements
