About The Position

Join the team as a Seasonal Client Support Associate and serve as a welcoming, customer-focused representative for people visiting the offices. The role supports a positive client experience by engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. The position also describes acting as a local brand ambassador by visiting shops, events, and community locations to build brand awareness and recruit talent. The associate uses local market knowledge and social media skills to expand the organization's reach and build a talent pipeline. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Nice To Haves

Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
