Client Support Associate
About The Position
The Client Support Associate helps create a welcoming, customer service-oriented experience for clients visiting Jackson Hewitt offices. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged while they wait. Requirements
