Client Support Associate
About The Position
The Client Support Associate serves as a welcoming, customer service-oriented representative who helps ensure exceptional experiences for clients visiting the company’s offices. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. The position also acts as a local brand ambassador by visiting shops, events, and community locations to increase brand awareness and recruit new talent. Associates use local market knowledge and social media skills to expand the company’s reach and build a talent pipeline. Seasonal positions are described, and full-time and part-time positions are available.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
