About The Position

The Client Support Associate serves as a welcoming, customer-service-oriented representative who helps provide exceptional client experiences and essential office support. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and prospective clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged while they wait. The posting also describes visiting local shops, events, and community locations to build brand awareness and recruit talent, using local market knowledge and social media to expand the organization’s reach and talent pipeline. This is a seasonal role, with full-time and part-time positions available. Compensation is $10.00 per hour. PTIN certification is required.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
• PTIN certification is required.

• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
