About The Position
The Client Support Associate serves as a welcoming, customer service-oriented ambassador who helps create exceptional client experiences and provides essential office support. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged while they wait. The position also includes visiting local shops, events, and community locations to increase brand awareness and recruit new talent. The associate uses local market knowledge and social media skills to expand the organization's reach and build a talent pipeline. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
