Client Support Associate
About The Position
The Client Support Associate helps deliver welcoming, customer-focused experiences for clients visiting the company’s offices. The role includes engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients informed and engaged while they wait. The associate also supports local brand awareness and recruiting by visiting shops, events, and other community locations, using local market knowledge and social media to expand the company’s reach and build a talent pipeline. The position contributes to peak-season productivity and office traffic flow.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads and appointments.
- Make outbound calls to prior-year clients.
- Contact and convert online and virtual students.
- Coordinate and manage client appointments to optimize scheduling timelines and traffic flow.
- Support local marketing and community outreach events.
- Generate referrals from existing clients.
- Assist with client check-in and office traffic management.
- Follow up with prospects and unfinished returns.
- Enhance peak-season operations to maximize workplace productivity.
- Engage with clients, confirm appointments, and keep clients engaged during wait times.
- Distribute marketing materials.
- Visit local shops, events, and community locations to drive brand awareness and recruit talent.
