About The Position
The Client Support Associate serves as a welcoming, customer-service-oriented representative who helps create exceptional client experiences and provides essential office support. The role involves engaging with clients, confirming appointments, following up with past and potential clients, distributing marketing materials, and keeping clients engaged during wait times. The position also acts as a local brand ambassador by visiting shops, events, and community locations to increase brand awareness and recruit talent. The associate uses local market knowledge and social media skills to expand the organization's reach and build a talent pipeline. Full-time and part-time positions are available, and the role is described as seasonal.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
