Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 2+ years of account management experience in digital marketing or multifamily marketing, including managing a portfolio of communities
  • Experience managing a larger portfolio of accounts (e.g., ~30 accounts & campaigns)
  • Strong client-facing experience with confidence leading calls and presentations
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and providing strategic recommendations
  • Strong client-facing experience and communication skills
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and suggesting optimizations to clients
  • Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S., excluding the following states: California, New York, or Washington.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with a CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot) is preferred
  • Experience with a project management tool (e.g., Asana) is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring consistent support
  • Leading regular client check-ins to review progress, aligning on goals, and addressing any questions
  • Responding to ongoing client needs, providing timely updates and proactive solutions
  • Interpreting campaign results and translating performance data into clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive strong campaign performance and deliver excellent service
  • Other duties as assigned
