As a Client Success Specialist I, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in our debt settlement program. You will motivate clients, support their progress, and help them stay on track to successfully complete the program. You'll manage a blend of inbound and outbound communication, respond to questions of varying complexity, and keep accurate documentation of every interaction. This role reports directly to the Client Success Manager.
