Client Success is the front line of VTS’s retention engine. As a CSR, you’re not only engaging with clients who use VTS to transform how commercial real estate operates, you’ll be helping shape our future. With the support of powerful data-driven workflows and AI tools, you’ll generate meaningful client interactions at scale, test new engagement strategies and provide critical insights back to the Client Success and Product teams. Simply put, when our CSR team thrives, our customers continue to grow with us. This opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office four days a week.
