The Role: Client Success Representative (CSR) Application Deadline: Friday, May 29 at 9:00 am MDT. Location: Calgary, AB Role Overview: This role is a dedicated support partner to our Client Success Managers (CSMs). To start, each CSR will likely support ~3 CSMs. The CSR will work directly with the clients within those CSMs’ portfolios, acting as an extension of the CSM to support day-to-day needs, execution, and overall client experience.
