About The Position

As a Client Success Manager at Reachdesk, you will own platform adoption, usage, and spending growth across a portfolio of existing clients. This is a commercially focused Client Success role centered on expertise, insight, creativity, outcome-based recommendations, and driving client engagement that sustains account growth. You will serve as an expert and strategic partner to clients in industry-leading gifting and swag solutions, helping shape gifting strategy, platform usage, and stronger client outcomes. Your focus will be on meeting usage and spending targets, introducing new products and capabilities, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and self-starting, with the ability to drive commercial outcomes while building lasting relationships. Success in this role requires proactivity, commercial instinct, sound judgment, and the confidence to lead strategic conversations that create momentum across your book of business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Sales, or other commercially oriented client-facing roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. This is not a customer support, service, operations, implementation, or project management role.
  • Background in subscription-based SaaS or other recurring-revenue environments, ideally in a consultative setting where success depends on driving usage and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial instinct and problem-solving ability, with the ability to identify opportunities, bring clear recommendations, and create momentum across an existing book of business.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and relationships across multiple stakeholders, particularly within Sales, Marketing, and related teams.
  • Confident communicator who can educate, influence, and challenge clients thoughtfully to drive stronger outcomes, while tailoring complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and persistent, with sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of existing clients, driving platform usage, spending growth, and stronger client outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly spending and usage targets across your portfolio.
  • Build relationships across key Sales and Marketing stakeholders to understand priorities, uncover opportunities, quantify budgets, and develop gifting strategies that support key client goals.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for your clients that justify long term financial investment in your initiatives.
  • Lead strategic conversations on gifting best practices, providing clear recommendations that increase gift redemption, drive increased spend, and impact client outcomes and ROI.
  • Advise platform admins and day-to-day senders on how to better leverage Reachdesk for key initiatives and gifting campaigns, including campaign automation, fund management, and broader platform adoption.
  • Proactively identify new use cases, company roles, and international markets to expand growth within existing accounts.
  • Introduce new products, features, and capabilities that unlock additional value for clients.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to leverage other Reachdesk capabilities and collaborate with our Account Managers to win that additional business.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, partnering cross-functionally to improve the client experience.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, stock options, and 401(k) matching program
  • Dental, hearing, vision, and life insurance
  • Flexible PTO
  • A super collaborative culture with innovative, fun, and dedicated people
