CancerNavigator is a healthcare startup (remote, headquartered in Washington, D.C.) dedicated to supporting cancer patients in their hour of need. Cancer is the number one cause of death for commercially insured Americans and the top cost driver for health plans, and cancer patients are struggling. CancerNavigator provides a white-glove, end-to-end cancer support service for patients and their families, working with health plans across the country to provide 1-1 support to members facing a cancer diagnosis. In 2026, CancerNavigator is accelerating and is looking for a new client-focused team member with strong interpersonal and operational skills who delights in producing excellent results for clients. This role involves managing a client portfolio and driving client success by building strong, lasting relationships, navigating difficult conversations, and maximizing the impact of the service for each client.
