Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, account coordination, client success, administrative support, legal support, or healthcare.
Experience working with Hubspot.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned law firm clients.
Respond to client questions and provide timely updates.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client requests are completed accurately and on time.
Track open requests and follow through until issues are resolved.
Assist with onboarding new clients and introducing them to our services.
Prepare account updates and client communications.
Monitor client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service.
Help keep client information organized and up to date.
Escalate complex issues to leadership when needed.
Support special projects and other operational initiatives as assigned.
