We are looking for a Client Success Coordinator to own the day-to-day management of a key client account. This is not a passive role. You will be the main point of contact for your client, keeping communication clear, projects on track, and issues resolved before they become problems. You will use data to identify what is working, flag what is not, and bring the right people in when escalation is needed. If you are someone who keeps organized in the middle of complexity, follows up without being asked, and genuinely enjoys figuring out what the numbers are telling you, this role was built for you.
