Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, account management, or digital marketing
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and timeline management
  • Proficient in HubSpot and experienced with campaign setup and QA
  • Ability to work across departments and keep projects on track
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a proactive mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Multifamily industry knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing onboarding timelines and setting clear expectations with clients from the start
  • Leading client kickoff calls, gathering key information and aligning on goals and strategy
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure each step of the setup process runs smoothly
  • Tracking onboarding and setup progress, proactively resolving any roadblocks or delays
  • Overseeing campaign launches to ensure they are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with strategic objectives
  • Other duties as assigned
