Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, account management, or digital marketing
- Strong client-facing communication skills and timeline management
- Proficient in HubSpot and experienced with campaign setup and QA
- Ability to work across departments and keep projects on track
- Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a proactive mindset
Nice To Haves
- Multifamily industry knowledge is preferred
Responsibilities
- Managing onboarding timelines and setting clear expectations with clients from the start
- Leading client kickoff calls, gathering key information and aligning on goals and strategy
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure each step of the setup process runs smoothly
- Tracking onboarding and setup progress, proactively resolving any roadblocks or delays
- Overseeing campaign launches to ensure they are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with strategic objectives
- Other duties as assigned
