About The Position

High Bridge Development is a high-end design-build remodeling and construction company specializing in luxury renovations, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home remodels throughout the Louisville area. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, communication, organization, and delivering an exceptional client experience. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Project & Client Success Coordinator to support our growing team and help ensure our projects run smoothly from start to finish. The Project & Client Success Coordinator serves as the communication and organizational hub between homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and our internal team. This role is responsible for: Keeping projects organized, Maintaining proactive communication, Tracking selections and approvals, Assisting with scheduling and logistics, Helping deliver a high-end client experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional under pressure, and an excellent communicator. This is a hybrid position involving a combination of: Remote/work-from-home flexibility, Office work, Visits to active job sites throughout the Louisville area.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in project coordination, client service, administration, or construction support
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Comfortable learning construction terminology and processes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with remodeling or construction
  • Experience with JobTread or similar software
  • Experience in luxury residential service environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners throughout projects
  • Provide proactive updates regarding schedules, milestones, and next steps
  • Assist clients with selections, approvals, and project documentation
  • Help maintain a high-touch, concierge-level client experience
  • Update and maintain project management software (JobTread)
  • Coordinate schedules with subcontractors and vendors
  • Track material orders, deliveries, and lead times
  • Assist with permit and inspection coordination
  • Organize project files, selections, change orders, and warranties
  • Prepare and send project updates
  • Assist with invoicing and change order tracking
  • Coordinate meetings and walkthroughs
  • Follow up on outstanding approvals and selections
  • Help maintain organized systems and workflows
