About The Position

Legacy Tree Genealogists is seeking a Client Solutions Specialist to help people discover their heritage. The company has been changing lives for almost 20 years by answering deep questions about ancestry. Legacy Tree is growing and needs support to continue providing high-rated genealogy research. This role involves responding to warm leads, selling company services, and building client relationships. The position requires flexibility, a quiet workspace, and a passion for sales and helping people.

Requirements

  • 2 years sales experience, preferably in professional/consulting services
  • Deep familiarity with UK and/or Australian English, including local idioms, colloquialisms, and conversational speech patterns
  • Experience working with clients in the UK and openness to accommodating their time zone
  • Experience in telephone and video call sales (preferably not scripted)
  • Looking for a part-time job with a very flexible schedule
  • Motivated by closing sales and helping people
  • Experience with CRM and pipeline management
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs such as sales goals
  • Adept at building trust and credibility
  • A quiet place to work with a computer, great internet, and without distractions (a quiet background for phone calls is a must)
  • Interest and preferably some knowledge in genealogy
  • Must be located in the United States
  • Availability starting from 8:00 AM MT for shifts and daily check-ins

Responsibilities

  • Assisting potential clients to find the best solution for their research needs
  • Responding to warm sales leads and selling company services over the phone, video, and email
  • Establishing and maintaining potential client relationships
  • Contributing to the sales team by meeting deadlines and achieving individual and team sales goals
  • Attending company meetings and filling in for team members as needed
  • Checking voicemail and email every business day
  • Attending monthly department meetings and all-staff meetings
  • Picking up extra shifts as needed for workload surges or team absences
