As a Client Solutions Manager, your responsibilities will include business development and placement activities. You will develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for full-time placement solutions, leveraging your background in Marketing & Creative and/or recruiting. This involves marketing to Marketing & Creative professionals via telephone, video, and in-person meetings with key decision-makers. You will also participate in local association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half’s presence in the business community. In terms of placement activities, you will select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals to ensure exceptional customer service. You will also resolve customer service issues promptly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction and meet or exceed weekly business development goals.
