About The Position

The Client Solutions Assistant role is essential in ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients while being responsible for accurately entering data into VLS systems, which serves as the foundation for all client interactions. The Client Solutions Assistant will handle entering client data, incoming phone calls, address client inquiries, and provide information with professionalism and clarity. By combining attention to detail with strong communication skills, this position enhances client satisfaction and fosters long-lasting relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years of administrative or office experience.
  • Ability to work with a high volume data entry.
  • Ability to organize and maintain data effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail is crucial to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients both by phone and email.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the waste, solid waste, or recycling industry (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input waste profiles and customer location information into the company’s systems.
  • Accurately input pricing details for new profiles into the company’s systems.
  • Review pre shipment paperwork and verify the system to ensure profiles and pricing are accurate for incoming waste in Digital Waste.
  • Other duties as assigned.
