Requirements

• Minimum of five years experience with three years of tax experience.
• Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns the preparation, filing and related payments for complex tax returns for clients and trusts. Implements appropriate measures and reporting to control activities and functions supporting client accounts.
• Ensures the timely filing of all fiduciary tax returns and tax forms to meet needs and expectations of clients.
• Researches regulations in depth to resolve client and agency issues, engaging with internal and external partners when applicable.
• Enhances operational and client service delivery by driving process optimization, technology enhancements, or acting as a key liaison across teams and external vendors.
• Coaches and trains crew on processes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
