About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Support to join us and serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal support. In this role, you will guide potential clients through their initial interactions, ensuring they feel heard, informed, and supported from the very first call. You will play a key role in managing client inquiries, coordinating consultations, and maintaining an organized intake pipeline. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, empathy, and a natural ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in client intake or customer service
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls daily
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain accurate records
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team when needed
  • Reliable high-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Quiet and dedicated workspace
  • Personal computer or laptop and headset

Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare client agreements
  • Prepare and present bi-weekly and monthly reports to leadership
  • Manage potential clients in the CRM pipeline and ensure timely follow-up
  • Schedule consultations (in-person, phone, or Google Meet)
  • Process inquiries from voicemail, email inbox, and Yelp
  • Place outbound calls to follow up with leads and missed messages
  • Occasionally translate live or written communications (ENG-SPA)
  • Upload, organize, and flag received client documents
  • Track and advise on referral accuracy from call answering service
  • Prepare summaries for attorney review and follow up accordingly
  • Process payments and send payment links for paid consultations
  • Qualify first-time callers using training materials
  • Answer inbound calls from potential clients and return callers
