The Client Services Supervisor works with all members of the Client Services team, as well as with internal RMP departments and external clients. This position requires at least two and a half years of Client Services experience, proven ability to carry a heavy workload, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and satisfy all client requests. The goal is maintaining the department mission statement to provide our internal and external clients industry leading service and support to ensure operational success. This individual would also be capable of directing daily team resources to ensure task completion and understand resource reallocation needs when outages occur. Additional responsibilities would include training new employees, refining processes and recommending process enhancements. The Client Services Supervisor must be self-directed and capable of taking initiative.
