About The Position

Third Bridge is a leading global research firm established in 2007, with a team of over 1,500 employees worldwide dedicated to fueling decisions with expert insights. We accelerate and enhance decision-making for investors and business leaders by unearthing unique expert insights across multiple sectors, geographies, and topics. For nearly 20 years, we’ve helped clients access knowledge on demand from experts, in-person and through our Library covering over 65,000 companies. This 10-week internship program, starting June 7, 2027, and ending August 6, 2027, is designed for undergraduate juniors to drive commercial impact and contribute to high-stakes client projects. As a Client Service Summer Associate, you’ll play a vital role in sourcing and connecting with industry experts who offer the crucial insights our clients need. After completing in-depth training, you’ll be equipped to handle responsibilities focused on identifying and engaging with industry experts. You will also have the opportunity to participate in career-building workshops, lead and present a capstone project to senior leadership, and explore what it’s like to work as a full-time Associate through a virtual job simulation, with the potential to receive a full-time employment offer post-graduation.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Juniors with an expected graduation date between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027
  • Able to be onsite in our Dallas office for the full 10 weeks of program (relocation and housing are not provided); aims to begin full-time career in Dallas
  • Track record of strong academic performance
  • Leadership in extracurricular involvement
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • English language fluency is required
  • Work authorization in the United States - We don’t sponsor visas but will consider applicants with OPT eligibility

  • Previous internship experience indicating an interest in business is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Expert Sourcing: Use our internal database and external directories to identify specialists who match the client’s project requirements.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential experts via phone and email, often through cold calls, to engage them for specific projects.
  • Project Understanding: Analyze client briefs to understand the expert profile needed for each project.
  • Expert Engagement: Build relationships with experts, explain the project context, and coordinate their participation through interviews, meetings, or surveys.
  • Coordination & Follow-Up: Manage all expert-related logistics, ensuring seamless communication and timely scheduling for each project.
  • Participate in career-building workshops on essential topics like professionalism, corporate communication and presence, transitioning into the workforce, and maintaining strong work-life wellness.
  • Lead and present a capstone project to senior leadership, providing you with the opportunity to further refine your critical thinking, commercial acumen, and communication skills and make an impact on future iterations of the internship program.
