The Client Services Representative acts as the main point of contact for our clients, managing the account and handling customer queries and communications via phone, video call, email, and in person.

Requirements

College Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Previous experience in customer service or related fields is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport, show empathy, and handle challenging customer interactions and concerns
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
basic home office set up, high-speed internet, and the ability to work without distractions during core business hours.

Responsibilities

Answering inquiries, resolving service issues, and managing client challenges and complaints
Updating customer account information, inventory management, change management, overseeing daily production needs as well as special requests
Acting as the liaison between clients and internal departments (Sales, Technology, Project Management, Operations), attending and leading client quarterly business reviews
Recording details of changes, incidents and client interactions in various internal tracking systems
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products or services to provide accurate information
Troubleshooting issues and mitigating conflicts to maintain positive client relationships and swift incident resolution
Other duties as assigned
