About The Position

UF Resources is hiring an on-site Client Services Representative in Bradenton, Florida. This phone-based role is not a call center position. The representative helps members have a positive experience, beginning with customer relations and growing into settlement coordination. The position is full-time W-2, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with weekly pay based on experience. Responsibilities include member follow-up and survey calls, requesting reviews, explaining Assured Care benefits and plan updates, and connecting members with a network attorney for will updates, trust changes, and estate settlement. The representative handles inbound and outbound calls, resolves member questions, maintains accurate case notes, and provides backup front desk coverage as needed. With training, the role can grow to include supporting families and successor trustees through estate settlement.

Requirements

At least 2 years of customer service or member-facing experience.
A calm, patient phone manner and empathy for sensitive conversations.

Nice To Haves

Background in legal services, insurance, financial services, probate, or estate planning.
