About The Position

Morris Animal Inn is a family-owned and operated pet resort that has been providing premium pet care since 1960. We offer the highest quality services in luxury dog and cat lodging, fun doggie daycare, grooming, and professional dog training across our multi-million-dollar, all-suite, state-of-the-art facilities in Morristown, Warren, and Montville, NJ. Our onsite call center is open Monday–Friday 7 AM–7 PM and Saturday–Sunday 8 AM–4 PM. As a Client Services Representative, you will handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients, promote our award-winning services, book reservations, and ensure an exceptional client experience across all Morris Animal Inn locations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a track record of meeting performance targets
  • Proven ability to convert inbound inquiries into sales while delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented approach
  • Comfortable managing high call volume while keeping conversations productive and on-track
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and adaptable to database/reservation management software
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge and communicate services confidently

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, voicemails, and emails from current and prospective clients in a prompt and professional manner
  • Convert inbound inquiries into reservations by effectively communicating services and addressing client needs
  • Re-engage inactive clients through outbound calls to reconnect and identify upcoming pet care needs
  • Follow up with existing reservation holders to confirm details and uncover opportunities for add-on services
  • Conduct facility tours for prospective clients, showcasing our services and answering any questions
  • Communicate client needs, special requests, and booking details to operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Accurately document all client interactions, bookings, and sales activity in our database system
