About The Position

Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of one to three years in a medical office or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of billing practices
• Knowledge of governmental regulations and guidelines
• Knowledge of business office procedures
• Ability to use computer software proficiently
• Ability to prioritize work load
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with other staff and outside agency personnel and clients
• Must pass a level II background check and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day administrative, clerical, data entry, billing and financial functions of the program.
• Responsible for maintaining high levels of quality financial information and client confidentiality.
• Performs all of these functions in a manner that complies with Operation PAR’s standards.
• Performs all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and reflects the Operation PAR Inc mission and philosophy.
