The Client Services Representative I will act as the primary problem solver for clients, combining expertise in payroll, investigation skills, and relationship building. The role involves retrieving payroll information, preparing reports, processing requests accurately and timely, researching and resolving payroll issues, maintaining payroll operations according to policies, protecting confidential information, and contributing to team goals to meet deadlines. The position also requires meeting ticket metrics, building relationships with clients, vendors, and peers, updating client employee information, and hitting performance metrics while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Retrieves payroll information from clients, by phone, email and other means, prepares reports for client's review, and processes requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Researches, analyzes, and resolves payroll-related problems or questions directly with clients.
  • Maintains payroll operation by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Protects payroll operation by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing goals and related results to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
  • Meet and maintain established ticket metrics with supervision, exposure, and experience with client phone calls.
  • Establish and build healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Updating all client employee information, deductions, earnings, salary, direct deposits, etc. as requested by client.
  • Hit performance metrics while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
