About The Position

As a Client Services Representative, you’ll take high-volume inbound phone calls from shareholders, financial professionals, and internal colleagues. You’ll help callers feel comfortable and supported while they’re making significant financial decisions. You’ll relay complex, ever-changing information about mutual funds and financial service regulations. You'll establish trust in these interactions by learning new concepts, researching information, and demonstrating critical thinking in real-time to provide solutions. Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven customer support or client service experience, including relevant school project work or internship experience.
  • Dependable and reliable; committed to being present when expected.
  • Skilled communicator; effective and appropriate verbal and written communication.
  • Active reader and listener who can interpret, understand and evaluate complex information.
  • Highly resourceful and a critical thinker.
  • Thinks outside the box and presents alternative solutions.
  • Action oriented with excellent problem-solving and follow through skills to identify and resolve complex client problems.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and owns tasks from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Detail orientation and accuracy are consistent and dependable.
