Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction. The core responsibilities involve frequent, high-level interaction with customers across the campus, requiring the employee to enter classrooms, student housing, clinics, professor offices, and medical facilities. This role also involves customer satisfaction through the performance and maintenance of reprographic equipment at customer locations, following established maintenance processes, and assisting end-users. Additionally, the position includes processing and monitoring all inventory movement, analyzing ongoing activity, assisting in identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory, and conducting physical inventories.
