Assists sales to ensure smooth delivery. Fields operational questions from customers and the sales team to work through processes and procedures of the sale Keeps customer informed of their products availability for delivery. Process exchanges requested by management. Verifies all order information with customers such as color, size, energy, door swing etc. Takes inbound and outbound calls from customers about their sales orders prior to delivery Responds to Inbound & outbound emails responding to account inquiries. Work with other departments to make sure all modifications are done prior to delivery.
