About The Position

Assists sales to ensure smooth delivery. Fields operational questions from customers and the sales team to work through processes and procedures of the sale Keeps customer informed of their products availability for delivery. Process exchanges requested by management. Verifies all order information with customers such as color, size, energy, door swing etc. Takes inbound and outbound calls from customers about their sales orders prior to delivery Responds to Inbound & outbound emails responding to account inquiries. Work with other departments to make sure all modifications are done prior to delivery.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of call center experience or equivalent education
  • Must have strong customer relations, communication skills Verbal & Written
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong listening, analytic and reasoning skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office and outlook
  • Saturday schedule may be required
  • Must consent to a criminal background screening
