Requirements

  • Minimum of two years related work experience.
  • Operations experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of moderately complex client account transactions.
  • May act as a key contact with external vendors to solve multi-team problems.
  • Provides feedback on systems, operational issues and enhancements with internal colleagues.
  • Applies knowledge of compliance, regulatory and departmental policies and procedures in developing operational solutions.
  • Identifies processing or workflow issues and trends.
  • Assists in reviewing department performance using basic metrics and data.
  • Builds internal partner and vendor relationships, providing status updates on issues and supports projects related to investments.
  • Builds and maintains communications channels.
  • Supports the preparation of reports regarding quality, volumes, and additional metrics.
  • Documents effectiveness of various processes, workflows, and operations.
  • Identifies enhancements to remain compliant with regulatory changes.
  • Supports assigned operational processes, building understanding of regulatory and operational control implications and impact to external clients.
  • Ensures compliance of processes, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
