About The Position

Own client outcomes end-to-end. Clear scope. Fast decisions. Lead day-to-day communication for assigned health plan clients. Manage requests and deliverables with tight tracking. Coordinate outreach, scheduling, field ops, reporting. Build client reports, dashboards, and status updates. Flag risks early and drive fixes fast. Maintain milestones, notes, and documentation. Support onboarding and launch of new programs. Your work keeps programs on track, reduces client friction, and improves outcomes for health plan partners. You like pace and ownership. You start, finish, follow through.

Requirements

  • Healthcare client services or operations experience
  • Experience working with healthcare clients
  • Strong Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Manage multiple programs independently
  • Work standard U.S. business hours, remote-ready

Nice To Haves

  • Payer or payer-services background
  • Familiar with HEDIS/STAR (quality measures) or risk adjustment
  • Experience with reporting or BI tools
