The Salvation Army is seeking a Client Services Manager for its Everett Emergency Motel Program and Everett New Start Center. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all client service delivery functions, supervising case management staff, and ensuring the consistent implementation of housing-focused, client-centered services. The Client Services Manager will work closely with the Program Director to ensure program compliance, service quality, and performance outcomes by monitoring case management practices, supporting staff development, and utilizing data for continuous improvement. This position is the primary lead for case management operations, coordinating services across multiple sites, maintaining community partnerships, and ensuring alignment with program goals, contractual requirements, and best practices in homeless services.
