About The Position

Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Venice, CA is seeking a cheerful, outgoing, and supportive full-time Client Services Host to ensure smooth and seamless workdays. This role is crucial for keeping the shop running efficiently and serving customers effectively. The ideal candidate will have an upbeat and professional attitude, handle phone calls, schedule appointments, answer questions, promote services, upsell treatments or products, provide cost estimates and wait times, and assist with general cleaning to maintain the retail space.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person
• Commitment to helping others and working with a team
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
