About The Position

Join our team as a Client Services Employee and play a vital role in supporting individuals seeking behavioral health services. You will be the first point of contact for referred clients, providing compassionate and efficient assistance throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and address client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Schedule client appointments and manage therapist calendars.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients regarding attendance, treatment questions, and billing inquiries.
  • Utilize our Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform to accurately record client information and manage appointments.
  • Generate reports to track client progress and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Provide excellent customer service and foster a supportive environment for clients.
