Your mission as a Client Services Coordinator is to 'WOW!!' our clients by ensuring their marketing campaigns run smoothly. You will be the primary point of contact for clients from the moment they purchase their order until its completion. This role involves acting as a liaison between the client and our design, mailing list, printing, and mailing teams. It's a fast-paced position requiring significant multi-tasking and decision-making skills. Campaign Coordinators must be detail-oriented and organized to meet client deadlines and ensure a flawless, 5-star customer service experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Ability to type with speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook & Excel.
  • Pleasantly communicating with customers on the phone as well as via e-mail and live chat.
  • Ability to navigate the computer system and e-mail system once trained.
  • Ability to accurately follow customer’s written or verbal instructions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask like a rock star.
  • Willingness to provide coverage for other areas of the department as needed.
  • Must be able to keep composure if there’s a tight deadline or pressure.
  • Reliable and responsible, the customer and the company count on this.
  • Positive outlook that can be felt by our customers and our co-workers.

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish speaker preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customer's main point of contact after order purchase until completion.
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and the design team, mailing list experts, and printing and mailing area teams.
